By using Heathrow Helper ("the service") you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. Informational use only
Heathrow Helper is provided for informational and convenience purposes only. It is not an official source of flight, customs, immigration, lounge, transport, or safety information. Always confirm critical travel decisions (gate, departure time, cancellation, customs allowance, lounge access, visa requirements) with:
- Your operating airline directly,
- The official Heathrow website (heathrow.com) and Heathrow app,
- The relevant government authority (e.g. gov.uk for UK customs and immigration).
2. No affiliation with Heathrow Airport
This service is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Heathrow Airport Limited, LHR Airports Limited, or any airline. References to "Heathrow", "LHR", or any third-party brand are descriptive and used to identify the airport or service being referenced.
3. No warranty
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranties or guarantees, express or implied, about the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or fitness for purpose of any information surfaced. Live flight data depends on upstream feeds which may be delayed, incomplete, or temporarily unavailable.
4. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to missed flights, additional travel costs, missed connections, lost baggage, denied boarding, denied lounge entry, or customs penalties — arising from your use of, or reliance on, information surfaced by the service.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose;
- Submit content that is abusive, defamatory, or violates any third party's rights;
- Attempt to disrupt or overload the service, scrape it at high volume, or reverse-engineer its underlying systems;
- Use automated tools to make excessive requests.
We may rate-limit or block requests that we believe violate these terms.
6. Third-party services
Replies may reference or link to third-party services (airlines, transport providers, government sites, credit-card issuers). We are not responsible for the content, terms, or privacy practices of those third parties.
7. Intellectual property
The code, design, and curated data of the service are owned by the operators of Heathrow Helper. The "LHR" airport code, "Heathrow", and any third-party airline / brand names are property of their respective owners and used here descriptively.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
